I loved Amazon Essentials’ jeggins and thought that these pants would fit me in a similar way. But the fabric is different (95% of cotton and 5% of elastane for these pants, and 64.5% of cotton, 32.5% of Polyester and 3% of Elastane for jeggins), and so the fit is slightly different, too. It’s pretty roomie in the hips area, but really tight below knee. If you look at the picture you will see the wrinkes right above my calves. I don’t have these wrinkles with jeggins, by the way.For size reference, I am 5’8 and 156 lbs. I got Long (the way I got Long jeggins), and the length is perfect, but for ankle length like on the picture I should have gotten Regular.Fabric is stretchy. Looking at the model, I thought that these pants will be more straight, not skinny, but this stretchinness make them “hug” your legs, and they really look like skinny pants. The material is also pretty thin, so I would wear them in summer or spring. I am also a little itchy while wearing them (maybe too much elastane for me, my skin sometimes doesn’t react well to synthetic materials). What’s interesting is that I am perfectly fine and comfortable wearing Amazon’s jeggins (which are a huge mixture of polyester and elastane) ?‍♀️Wow, I got these pants on sale to see how this brand fits. And omg, I love them. I didn’t expect to be smitten by a pair of 6 dollar pants, but I am.I got size 0 long in the navy. I’m not tall, only 5 foot. The inseam is 28, it’s the perfect length for ‘normal’ pants on me. So short folks that want normal length pants could order the long length.The tag on mine say 00, I don’t know if they sent me the wrong size or if the size 2 says 0. Either way these pants fit me amazingly. they are high waisted. No weird bulges or lumps. They aren’t tight, but they are forgiving with just enough stretch to be comfy when moving. The only area that doesn’t have decent stretch is the waist band.The quality seems good. No stray threads or messed up seams. I think they’ll last with proper care. The color is a perfect navy that doesn’t look black in certain light.My measurements: I’m 5’0, 34 hips, 26 waist, and my inseam is 28. I have thicker thighs and calves for my height/weight, but not much in the hip or tush department. In my opinion, it’s safe to order your normal size.Seriously, give these pants a chance.So I got these for my daughter to wear for uniform pants for school. I started with one pair and she liked them so I went and got a second pair. I noticed a few weeks later that one pair was terribly short and that stuck out to me because I could have sworn the day before I saw her wearing the other pair and was happy to see pants that were actually long enough for her. So, I grabbed both when fresh out of the laundry and checked. Both are marked as size 2 Long but one pair is clearly way longer than eta other and the shorter one is way skinnier too. My daughter complains about the longer pair getting too big and baggy in the bum over the day but the skinnier pair that fits her width way better is way way too short for her and she comping about that. I wish we could combine the length and skinniness together, then we'd have the perfect pair of pants. But apart from that, there is something seriously wrong with manufacturing when there is such a huge discrepancy in the sizing on pants like these.These pants were what I was looking for to look nice in Easter, but wear durable pants still because I volunteered to watch children at a church's kids room that day. I wore these and it really worked out. I never showed any body part I wasn't intending to show, was able to get 4L so that they'd be long enough to cover my ankles. I'm 115 pounds, 5 foot 6 inches, and personally I think I have short legs. I normally like my pants to fit loose but for the occassion, I needed something that would stay put without a doubt. I still wore a belt with these for looks and they were a very neutral looking color I could dress up with a nice blouse.Um hello new work pant!!! I want a skinny leg with pockets and until now that has been a dream. Chasing unicorns over here. I was skeptical buying online. Especially an “Amazon Brand”. What is that? I thought it was going to be cheap and sized ridiculously small. Wrong.These pants are great! High quality material and stitching. Fabric is just the right thickness. Not really stretchy but enough give to be forgiving. Good deep front pockets. Faux pockets in the back (the only negative in my book- why are real pockets so hard to find in women’s pants???? We don’t carry stuff too???) Overall They are very flattering and almost exactly what I was looking for.If you are looking for a functional yet stylish pant look no further!I'm wearing these pants as I type right now. They've been washed and dried, no special precautions or detergents were used. The color is still gorgeous and the fit is still perfect. I'm 198, 4'11", and all booty, hips and thighs and they are very flattering on me. I'm a size 16, but said booty, hips and thighs require a size 18, so I got a size 20 for good measure. That was a good decision. The 18s would've fit too snuggly around aforementioned areas to wear to work. The "Short" length comes about 3 inches above my ankle, which is exactly what I was going for, they have good stretch and they disguise all cellulite-imperfections. Easy to dress up or down. I LOVE them. I've been strutting around the office all morning showing em off. LOL Definitely getting all the other colors.I was looked for a cotton stretch, slim-fitting ankle-length pant -- not painted on-tight but not baggy and too loose either. Is that too much to ask? I wasn't sure about what size to order. I tried one of my regular size, and one a size up. The size up was, I thought, too tight (to wear to work-- I work in a casual-wear office, but still . . .). I next ordered another size up, and while they are still form-fitting, I think they will do. I would like them to be just a skosh less form-fitting, but I'm guessing they will loosen a bit as they are worn. That, and results upon washing, are yet to be seen.I was pleasantly surprised by these pants. They fit perfectly! (aside from being a tad long, but I'm in-between petite and regular length, so that's what I was expecting) The quality of the material is great and they have the perfect amount of stretch. The stretched out slightly during the day, but not too much as to make them look baggy. Definitely recommend!If I could give these pants 6 stars I would! They're the first pair of pants I have to had to hem. I'm 5'0 so finding pants that are the right length is impossible, but these, they're exactly the right length. I'm thrilled. I want them in every single color! ALSO pockets! The grey ones are not the same fabric despite the product description - the blue ones are 95% cotton with 5% elastane. The grey ones, which feel thinner and rough, are cotton and polyester. Grey ones are getting returned.Amazon essentials have really big sizes but I always order 1 or 2 sizes lower. This was 6 long which are 2 sizes lower but it fit me perfectly. I love the colour.No way this was a size 18 . At least 2 sizes too small.
