I bought Old Navy pajama bottoms like these for years until they stopped selling them 2 years ago. I’d given up trying to find anything similar - lightweight cotton poplin - until I ran across these on Amazon. Several reviewers commented that they were like the Old Navy bottoms so I thought I’d weigh in.The bottoms themselves are 100% cotton. The 3% spandex on the label is for the slightly stretchy waistband. After washing I compared them to my Old Navy bottoms and found the new ones were slightly thicker, though this could be because the old ones have been washed so many times. The waistband is the same width and the inseam is the same length as the old pair. The legs are the same width as well.Here’s the big difference: the rise on the new pair is a full 3 inches shorter than the Old Navy bottoms. So they’re more of a mid-rise pant. For me this isn’t an issue because I’m only 5’3” and am short waisted. Almost all normal rise pants are too high waisted for me. However if you’re tall or long waisted keep this in mind unless you like a mid or low rise.I only washed them once so far, but they held up well and were only slightly wrinkled as you’d expect from a good quality cotton poplin.Perfect lightweight cotton fabric for pajama bottoms. No pockets though.Definitely mid-rise which is a bummer as I prefer waist high jammies.I'm 5'5", 175 lbs and I bought the XL. plenty roomy and long enough. Sent size Large back because they were too tight in the bottom area.I have had to hem these PJ bottoms. They are too long for me (I'm 5'4"). However, they fit as expected for my size. I have ordered them previously in a larger size and found they wear well. I lost some weight and have ordered 3 more pairs because of the satisfaction with those I've already purchased. I wanted to shrink these and put them in the hot dryer. No real shrinkage. So I hemmed them.Very comfy, good summer fabric. The fabric is thick enough to feel like they won't fall apart anytime soon, but thin enough for summer. The legs are long enough to keep your ankles warm but don't drag on the ground. Overall, very comfy and good quality. On sizing, I'm basically a size 13 - 12 is a bit tight and 14 is too big - but the M-L size fits perfectly.Lovely fabric, good cut and wash well.The negative reviews put me off initially but I'm so pleased that I went ahead and bought these lovely pyjama trousers. Good quality cotton fabric is hard to find at such reasonable prices so I was delighted to find them. Sweet dreams!The only thing wrong with these pyjamas for me was that the legs were too long, easily remedied, took the hems up. I'm only small anyway so most things are too long! They are very comfortable cool cotton and I'm very pleased with them.Was looking for comfort and good quality cotton, and that is what these are. Elastic waist with a drawstring is nice.Happily recommend these.These are good value for the price. The fit is as expected, however the length was too much - had to hem them.
